These sessions are designed to support you in navigating the challenges of OCD with guidance that’s both compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practice. I hold a degree in Psychology and a Level 2 Accreditation in CBT for OCD with the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT). Drawing on both professional training, CBT, ERP and REBT techniques as well as my own lived experience, I offer a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make real progress in your recovery.
