Navigating OCD: The Foundations | An 8-Week Group Programme

£299.00

Start Date: Monday 19th January 2026

This 8-week group programme is designed for people living with OCD who want to better understand what is happening in their mind, how OCD operates and what is needed for recovery. It is ideal for those currently at the beginning of the recovery process.

Whether you feel stuck, exhausted, confused by your symptoms, or unsure what recovery actually involves, this programme offers structure, education, and support in a safe group setting.

This is not therapy, but a guided, recovery-focused programme that combines psycho-education, reflection, and practical tools to help you break out of the OCD cycle. It is useful for those at the start of their OCD Recovery Journey, who perhaps cannot currently access therapy or one to one support, but want to still work on their OCD and learn the recovery tools.

What the Programme Includes:

  • One live group session per week
Each session lasts 1.5 hours and takes place online on Monday Evenings at 7pm (UK Time Zone). It will include a guided presentation, as well as open discussions and Q&A.

  • Small, supportive group
The group is capped at a maximum of 10 people to allow space for discussion, questions, and connection. No more than 10 participants will be accepted.

  • Interactive sessions
    Each session includes:

    • A guided presentation to explain key concepts clearly

    • Open discussion and reflection

    • The opportunity to hear from others who are in a similar place (no pressure to speak)

  • Weekly homework
Simple, manageable exercises designed to help you apply what you’ve learned in real life. Homework is supportive, not overwhelming, but important to keep you on track and learning about OCD and the recovery process.

  • Community support
A WhatsApp group will be available throughout the programme to share reflections, wins, and encouragement, with clear boundaries to keep the space safe and recovery-focused. There will be absolutely NO reassurance allowed.
